Dear Ambassador Wood

The members of the Association for Democracy in Iran (ADI) were delighted to hear that the government of the United States considers labeling the Iranian Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organization.

Except spreading terrorism in the Middle East the Revolutionary Guard has been enforcing the dictatorship of the Islamic republic on the Iranian people for the last 28 years. In this way they have terrorized the lives of ordinary Iranians. Therefore the majority of Iranians will support the United States if the US decides to label the revolutionary guard as terrorists.

The Association for Democracy in Iran is an Iranian organization that is based in Sweden. Our goal is to overthrow the Islamic republic in Iran and promote democracy and freedom. We believe that labeling the Revolutionary Guard as terrorists moves Iran one step closer to democracy and freedom by identifying the true enemies of democracy in Iran.

We hope that the international community follows the example of the United States and attacks the tools of dictatorship in Iran.
