What is Lion and the sun protest?

After the mullahs occupied Iran in 1979, they tried to take away the national identity of the iranians, so that they always could enslave the iranian people. Shortly after the so-called islamic revolution was victorius, the mullahs started with shovels and axes destroy Perspolis. This was only the beginning of the war the islamic republic waged against iranian identity.

Also the iranian flag became a victim in the mullahs war against Iran. The Lion and the sun flag was declared illegal and the islamic republics own crazy flag was forced upon the iranian people.

During the soccer World Cup FIFA banned the iranian Lion and the sun flag that is a unifying symbol for the iranian people. Many iranians were upset and wondered what was behind this pitiful decision. While FIFA refused to give explanations, those who knew the true nature of the islamic republic did know what it all was about.

What FIFA did was that they forced iranian soccer supporters to wave the islamic republics strange version of the iranian flag and by doing this, support fundamentalism and terrorism.

In this website we want to protest by waving lion and the sun flag as much as possible. With help from people around the world we hope that we can wave some attention to the suffering the iranian people are going trough.
